Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns for new, unused items within 7 days of your delivery date for store credit or exchange. Items marked "Final Sale" are indicated in product descriptions and are not eligible for return.
REFUND AND CREDITS:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
For international shipments, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to assist with any concerns.
Returned items must be in mint condition, in their original packaging, and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice within 7 days of your item’s delivery date (U.S.-based orders only).
Please note that we are typically unable to provide reimbursement for returns unless the fault is ours.
